Warranty Information
All warranty work is done by Computer Care's technicians here in Columbus, Georgia.
We offer quick turn-around and technical expertise on your purchase after the
sale. We are happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding anything
your purchase from us and will have any warranty issues resolved as a priority.
Turn around is usually a few days and we will contact you as to when you can pick
up your completed warranty work. We stand fully behind our systems and components
as we only stock items that are in 100% compliance with computer component industry
standards and are of the quality and reliability we feel brings the best service
and trouble-free use to you, our customer. Please feel free to contact us with

Warranty Terms
Computer Care offers warranties on both complete systems and individual components.
For individual components, such as, but not limited too, motherboards, processors,
power supplies, hard drives, etc-etc, we offer a 30-day replacement warranty with
store receipt. After 30-days warranties must be addressed through the equipment
manufacturer by the customer. We will not accept returns on parts after 30-days.
The 30-day warranty only covers defects in workmanship and materials. Damage due
to improper installation, physical damage after leaving the store, and damage as
a result of acts of God (lightning damage, flood, fire, storms, and other natural
actions) are not covered by Computer Care.
For new computers built and sold by us, we offer a full one year warranty on parts
and components effective from the dated sales receipt. The warranty will be honored
with the dated receipt presented at the time warranty work is requested. The customer
must return the computer and/or components to Computer Care's storefront location on
6440 West Hamilton Park Drive Suite A, Columbus, GA 31909 for services to be rendered.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage
from abuse or physical damage rendered as a result of accidents or mishandling. The
warranty also does not cover damage that is the result of computer virus and/or spyware /
malware installation. The warranty does not cover corruption of the operating system
due to incompatable or improperly installed software or modification of the operating
system software to a configuration other than that installed by Computer Care on the
system at the time it was sold to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage from
acts of God, such as, but not limited too, lightning and storm damage, fire, and/or flood.
Warranty service requests without the dated sales receipt are rendered purely at the
discretion of Computer Care's management and whatever fees or costs involved are likewise
subject to being paid for by the customer.
For used and reconditioned systems sold by us, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and
components effective 30-days from the dated sales receipt. All other terms regarding
the warranty on used systems are the same as in the preceding paragraph for new systems.
Warranties offered on virus and spyware/malware cover only the removal of malicious
software that was on the customer's system when it was brought to our store for initial
service. Computer Care does not offer warranties on subsequent installation of viruses and
other malicious software brought on by Internet and software use by the customer.
Opened software cannot be returned under any circumstances. Software with the factory
seal intact can be returned with the dated receipt. Sales on software over 30-days will
not be accepted for return. We do take used game software for store credit. The amount
of credit is dependent on the title itself and how long it has been available in stores.
Computers and equipment left at our store for more than 30-days after repairs and/or
evaluation has been completed will be siezed as abandoned property and sold to recover
expenses for parts and labor. Customers that require additional time due to circumstances
can contact us and make arrangement to hold their equipment beyond the 30-days. No fee is
incurred for holding computers beyond the 30-days if arrangements are made with us.
