As our name suggests, we do computer repairs of just about every type. From repairing parts that have worn
out or have been damaged by electrical surges, we do it all. If your computer has stopped working or is not
working as it should, please come see us. We likely can have your computer back to its old self in as little
as two business days.
We do work by the job, not by the hour, so you don't pay a lot. We are competitive and fair with our pricing
for repairs, and stand behind the work we do with a 30-day warranty on parts and labour. We charge a $50.00
evaluation fee which is waived if we do the repair. For example, you bring your computer to us and its not
turning on. We evaluate it and its something simple, like a power supply. After contacting you with the
repair quote, you authorize the repair, we waive the $50.00 fee and only charge you the cost of the repair
itself. Conversely, if after evaluating the computer and contacting you with the service quote, you decide
you don't want the computer repaired, the $50.00 evaluation fee is all that is paid.
Our labor fee's run from $35.00 for small simple repairs up to $150.00 for complete overhauls and rebuilds or
upgrades. Our average fee is $95.00 fee and is for the whole job, not an hourly rate. The most you'll pay is
$150.00 in labour for any job we do. Parts and materials are not part of this rate and are a separate billable
charge.
Our turn-around on work averages two to four business days, depending on the nature of the repair, workload
at the time, and availability of repair and replacement parts. All work is done on-site at your W. Hamilton
Park Drive storefront location. We offer the experience and technical expertise that our big-box competitors
cannot. They usually have to ship your computer off to the manufacturer for repairs, leaving you without your
computer for weeks at a time. If you have technical questions about your computer, we can answer them. Most
of the sales people at our competition have no clue about the inner workings of the computers they sell and are
of little help when something goes wrong. We can answer your questions and we can offer you the fast competent
service you demand. We can have your computer back in most cases in a couple of days and you don't pay for
shipping it off anywhere.
